ITS plans to overtake the small business computer software training market by offering very competitive prices and superior training assistance. ITS found that most large software firms focus on larger businesses but neglect to offer competitive services to the medium and small businesses. By focusing on the smaller markets, ITS looks to gain recognition as being consumer-friendly, and they want to be sensitive to the pricing needs of the small business owners. In addition, ITS created a training center that fits 15 people, which allows students to receive hands-on training from very talented instructors.
